Pet Partner Philippines, Inc. was founded during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, born out of an urgent need for accessible animal healthcare when lockdowns isolated communities.

The initiative was spearheaded by Dr. Gab, an esteemed graduate of Central Luzon State University. After honing his veterinary expertise across diverse landscapes—from Universal Robina Corporation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—Dr. Gab returned home during the global crisis. Seeing pet families struggling to access care, he became a catalyst for change, assembling a dedicated team to serve as a veterinary lifeline across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Today, Pet Partner Philippines has grown from a pandemic-era emergency response into a cornerstone of animal care. Dr. Gab's impact now extends far beyond the clinic walls—he continues to shape the industry as a brand ambassador, a trusted media voice, and a mentor for the next generation of aspiring veterinarians.
